All of our services are mobile – we come to you no matter where you are located. Avoid the wait time and delays trying to get your RV into a dealership, especially for those smaller repairs or preventative maintenance tasks. Our goal is to keep you and your family safe and get you back to your RV adventures as quickly as possible. Below are descriptions and pricing for the most commonly requested services. Winterizing
Yes, it can snow and freeze even here in Coastal NC! Remember the winter of 2018? If you wait until a big freeze occurs, you’re too late and damage may have already occurred.
We will drain the fresh water tank, water heater, and water filter (if equipped), place water heater in bypass (if equipped), fill P-traps and drains with food-grade anti-freeze, fill water lines with food-grade anti-freeze, and provide photos on the condition of water heater anode rod (if equipped).
Annual service: $125 within a 30-mile radius of Leland, NC. Service includes up to 2 gallons of food-grade anti-freeze. Additional gallons of anti-freeze are provided at cost. Mileage charge of $2 per mile beyond 30 miles.
Air Conditioner Maintenance
Annual servicing of Air Conditioners is recommended to improve performance and operating efficiency just like you do for your home.
We inspect the condition of the shroud, test the capacitors and compressor, inspect the coils for signs of leaks, clean evaporator coils with anti-bacterial cleaner, clean exterior condenser coils, and inspect and clean roof drains. Inside the RV, we inspect and clean AC filters and inspect the plenum area for air gaps (taping any gaps to prevent short cycling), We finish by performing a Delta-T test and provide you the results. Photos are provided to show you the condition of your AC unit.
Annual Service: $125 for the first AC within a 30-mile radius of Leland, NC. Additional AC units on the same RV: $75 for each. Mileage charge of $2 per mile beyond 30 miles.
Water Heater Maintenance
Annual servicing of Water Heaters is recommended to ensure proper operation and extend the life of the appliance.
We drain and flush the tank to remove any buildup in the tank, replace the anode rod (if equipped) or check the drain plug and replace if needed, check and clean the burner assembly, check the electric heating element, and check the pressure relief valve. The water heater is refilled and tested on both gas and electric (shore or generator power required) to check for proper operation.
Summerizing
Get ready to hit the road as soon as the weather turns warm! Most call this de-winterizing, but its more about getting the rig ready for the summer.
We drain and flush the food-grade anti-freeze from the water lines, sanitize the lines and fresh water, take the water heater off bypass and properly fill the tank (bleed tank to ensure air expansion pocket exists), and check up to two house batteries (check water levels and top off (if applicable) test voltage levels, terminal and post cleaning, apply anti-corrosive protectant to posts, test converter charger if shore power is available).
Annual service: $125 within a 30-mile radius of Leland, NC. Service includes up to 2 gallons of food-grade anti-freeze. Additional batteries can be quoted (price varies by battery type). Mileage charge of $2 per mile beyond 30 miles.

Hourly Rate: $125 per hour plus a $75 service fee within a 30-mile radius of Leland, NC. Mileage charge of $2 per mile beyond 30 miles. Additional charges for any Parts or Supplies. The service fee is not charged for a return visit if the RV Technician has to order parts.
