New RV Owner Education
First time owning an RV? Getting ready to head out on that first trip? Then this is for you! We will provide you with one-on-one education on how to operate the major systems in your new or new to you RV.
We will come to your location or even better meet you at a local campground. We will walk through where everything is located in the RV, how to set up and level your RV, how to connect to shore utilities (power, water, sewer), how to operate slideouts, how to operate appliances (especially ones that work off of propane or electric), go over how the 3 electrical sources work (yes there are 3), go over how the 2 fresh water sources work, demonstrate how to empty your tanks, go over general safety information, and answer all your questions.
Variable Rate: Price varies ($300-800) depending on the size and complexity of your RV and the number of hours. Prices are based on a 50-mile radius of Leland, NC. Mileage charge of $2 per mile beyond 50 miles.
RV Delivery Support
A knowledgeable RVTAA Registered Technician will be there with you on delivery day. We will spend up to 2.5 hours with you and the delivery agent or seller. We will help check for serious issues, ask informed questions of the seller, document any issues of concern (including photos), and help familiarize you with your new RV.
Flat Rate: $300 fee within a 50-mile radius of Leland, NC. Mileage charge of $2 per mile beyond 50 miles.
